Vendor Application

Welcome to the Fulton County Farmer's Market! We are proud to offer a wide range of locally grown produce, artisanal goods, handcrafted items, and much more. Our market provides a platform for local vendors to showcase their unique offerings, creating a vibrant and diverse community space.

Art vendors are welcome to participate in the market. All products sold must be handmade, crafted, or homegrown by the vendor. Rummage, resale, or thrifted items are not permitted. Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and cleanup at each market.

Vendor Set-Up & Fees
Vendors are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis each market day. Please arrive early to claim your space. Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own setup, including canopy (if desired), tables, chairs, and any other equipment needed for a proper display. Spaces cannot be reserved in advance. All vendors are responsible for complying with local health department regulations and market rules.

​To keep a fair balance of products, some vendor categories may be limited. If another vendor has already submitted and been approved for the same type of item (for example, baked goods such as bread), you may be placed on a waitlist. If the approved vendor notifies us they will be absent for a market day, waitlisted vendors may be contacted and given the opportunity to set up. Produce vendors are not included in this limitation. We encourage vendors to interact with visitors, promote local products, and contribute to a friendly and welcoming market environment.

Booth Fee Options

• $5 per market day

• $75 full season (optional, not required)

• Vendors are not required to attend every week

• Payment may be made on the day of each event

 

Attendance Notification:

To help manage vendor participation and accommodate those on the waitlist, please let us know each week which market dates you plan to attend. This allows waitlisted vendors the opportunity to prepare and set up if space becomes available. We ask that you notify us as early as possible—ideally by the Sunday or Monday before the upcoming market.

Please note that completing an application indicates you intend to participate in most market events, though attendance every week is not required. Providing your planned attendance each week helps ensure a smooth and organized market for all vendors and visitors.
